记得高中的时候听过刘德华的一首歌：“我每一个十年，几多难忘的岁月..."。一晃眼，与高中的各位同学，已经相识十年。

刚刚上高一的时候还是很兴奋的，主要是班上人人都比我中考高分，所以考试考不好也有交代。从高中的开始到结束，学习上一直平平无奇，这部分也就按下不表。倒是当年.com火爆，我也头脑发热捣腾起软件和网站。VB做的无厘头小游戏，当年被带我入计算机门的黄秉刚老师亲手在机房封掉。不过这些年来有些同学还记得一二，实在大为感动。后来做的班网，这么多年来走走停停，不经意间也成了大家沟通的一个途径。记得大一刚开学的时候，班网论坛新帖如云，大家谈论着新学校各种好玩的东东。时值我高考铩羽，求学合肥，能和同学们保持沟通的确给了我很多很多的新信息和鼓励。几个星期前输入过班网的网址，好像已经访问不了，不过班网好歹也是支撑到了QQ群的推出和Web2.0时代的来临，也是时候光荣退役了。

大学期间不得不埋头读书，假期的班聚与开波，就成了每半年最期盼的时刻。当年合肥同城的张涵大佬，虽然高中的时候交流不多，但是玩得，够义气，也给了我这个“中科大隔离果间学校”的人很多帮助。大一时候如果没有张大佬的带领，也进不了科大的出国讲座，现在自己身在何方，也不得而知。大二国庆的时候，与上海帮汇合南京曾恶人处。由于太过激动，说话极其大声，既然被我合工大的同学听见并鄙视。难得一见老同学，其他的东西，who cares? 陈东在本科毕业前的一篇波友大全，传神至极，在此我实在无再拾牙慧。除了贺岁杯回归杯，我还有一个不良嗜好：看广州足球。更坏的是会和鱼腩启一起忽悠其他同学一起上越秀上“小裁判”。当然不能忽略和感谢东方的门票sponsor和香雪签名足球赠送。广药冲超一战，"粉红博士"在GDTV舞动，陈东一次过接两个国际长途，两年过去，仍能回味。无论中甲中超，足球依旧，友情依旧。

整理了一下手头的照片。大部分都在2006年之后，无论在北京，上海，广州，还是波士顿，纽约，迈阿密，都能够和6班的各位在一起。第二届的6班团支部，小方，我和托莲继续在不同的地方打拼。高一的时候，承蒙蒋迪书记选为"组织玩完"，一做三年，可能也成了后来糊里糊涂变成班聚组织者的原因。第一届的宣传委员，正是我们亲爱征文活动组织者的阿瓜同学。一切，又回到起点。

正如被各位老板所点的，小弟好久没有更新space了。主要最近没有什么太大新闻，自己又常感努力不足，就不再此献丑了。最近（还）在研究google的搜索引擎优化，验证了更新多page rank高的定律，所以今天还是厚着脸皮写点东西。文章后面发了两个链接，纯做实验，大家也不用点了。

今晚在westshore那边rich dad poor dad派了个人来做seminar.此美女还算有点来头，是第一季apprentice的Jessie（好像是第6轮左右被淘汰把，已经不错了）。期间大力鼓吹现在买入real estate做rental，同时狂sell他们的一个3天课程.理论上还算make sense，不过在下cash欠奉，这种investment就敬而远之了。不过参加这个免费seminar的人里面快有一半都花钱去注册那个$500的三天课程，一概说他们这次seminar sales还是相当成功的。 现在回忆一下seminar+sell courses的套路，以作学习，分享：

step 1: attract people to attend the seminar
Used email ad and radio ad to promote this event. Only mention the seminar will talk about the investment ideas. And tell people that every attendance can get a free DVD on investment advices. Such friendly initialtive will put people's defense down when the Rich Dad is trying to sell its courses.

Step 2: establish the confidence in audience by quote from Warrent Buffet
The seminar used quote from Warrent Buffet (you should be greedy when others are fearful) and the speaker's experience (the speaker is also a not-so-small public figure), as well as other explaination to establish the audience's confidence on the investment strategies they gonna present.

Step 3: "Act now" trick to move people to buy
After the speaker mention there will be a $999 course available in coming week. She made couple follow-ups like those on TV purchase ad to let people act now: first, tell audience that those who register first can get Rich Dad's library worth $500 (For Rich Dad, those books only cost $10 for printing); second, everyone who registered can bring one friend with him for the course for free; third, if they register now, they can get a 50% discount. After such encouragement, people start moving to pulling their money in the courses.

The speaker also had great body language and good articulation that ensure the success of the whole presentation (which I think it's sales pitch^^)

For those who would like to buy a home, I heard tonight that you might look at foreclosure home, auction homes, and real estate owned by banks (R.E.O) to look for and negoitate good deals.
